If you love Green eggs and ham, Sam I am, and The Cat in the Hat they you must like the Dr. Seuss Books.  Dr. Seuss was a pen name used by the author Theodor Geisel, he also used the pseudonym Theo. LeSieg.  Dr. Seuss's birthday is in the month of March on March 2.  Many schools and teachers will teach a lesson or do units with some Doctor Seuss printables.  Even preschoolers like to get into the Dr. Seuss books and coloring pages.

The Cat in the Hat book written by Dr. Seuss was a challenge of sorts to use 250 words that most children and beginner readers should know.  So Dr. Seuss wrote the book using only 236 of those words in the Cat in the Hat book. Most of us have read or been read The Cat in the Hat, even though it was written years ago it remains a favorite.
